Salon Policies
Life likes to throw us curve balls every now and again, and sometimes things happen beyond our control. However, a small business relies on having our clients turn up to their booked appointment, so we can pay the bills and keep the doors open.
When you don’t attend your appointment or don’t give enough notice that you can’t attend, that also means that we have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to you specifically for that service, which is not fair for a small business or the other clients.
So to protect all of my loyal client’s appointments, to protect my business from loss of trading, and to ensure your appointment is relaxing and enjoyable, the following salon policies have been adapted. Discretion may be used and the policy waived where deemed necessary.
Your support is very much appreciated and this policy helps to ensure you are provided with the utmost professional service.
Upon booking you will be required to pay 50% Holding Deposit to secure your Appointment. This is redeemable off the cost of your service at your Appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours must be given to re-schedule or cancel Appointments. All no-show clients, and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the Holding Deposit paid. If paid in full the remainder will be given as credit to your next appointment (within 30 days)
As a courtesy clients are welcome to pre-book their next Appointment in Salon WITHOUT a holding Deposit however the Cancellation Policy still stands and you may be charged a 50% service fee.
Late cancellation Policy - clients will be required to Book online and may be asked to pay in full upfront for all future appointments at Redlands Lash and Brow Design. Repeat offenders will be refused a future booking.
NO Shows - Clients that fail to turn up to their appointment without contacting the studio prior will forfeit the booking deposit and will not be re-booked. (subject to change depending on circumstances)
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.
All clients will be sent a confirmation via EMAIL or TEXT 24 hours prior to their appointment. Appointments MUST be Confirmed. NO CONFIRMATION = NO APPOINTMENT
We work with hazardous chemicals, sharp and very hot tools and wax, your child’s safety is important to us and it should be to you to. Children are not permitted in the Salon unless by prior agreement.
As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, any problems with your service must be reported within 1 (one) week of the original service by phone call or in person. As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, Redlands Lash and Brow Design will then fix the service or replace the product at no charge, within 1 (one) week of the report of the fault.
All prices include GST. All prices are subject to variation without notice.
